I am a fun loving woman with a dynamic personality and a passion for etiquette. I credit my sixth grade teacher Mr. Paul Haupt, for my enthusiasm for good manners and social skills. He was instrumental in the passion I developed for proper etiquette and good manners.
As a young mother raising my five children, we pretended that they were eating with the president, teaching them proper etiquette and dining skills.
It was always a proud moment when strangers would stop by our table to compliment on how well mannered my children were. I strongly believes that good manners will help anyone succeed in whatever path life takes you. I believe that manners will help make the world a friendlier place.
My experience in hospitality was the perfect ground for executing my exceptional customer service skills. I trained my staff in these same skills as well as many other needed in the industry to run my hotels successfully.
My experience in working with children goes beyond raising my own five children, and homeschooling them for five years. I taught all divisions of Sabbath school for nearly eight years, served as Director of Vacation Bible School for two years, and taught the youth division for five years. I volunteered at the Greeley Boys and Girls Club assisting my former husband in coaching football, baseball, and basketball. There I also taught modern dance and crochet lessons. Most recently I volunteered for the Goodwill Youth Training Program conducting mock interviews and portfolio reviews with high school students.
