As an independent, mobile fitness professional, I come to *you* to help you build exercise into your life as easily as possible. Whether it’s at your home, your workplace fitness center, outdoors, or any VASA Fitness location (provided you’re a member) we will work together on a customized exercise program designed to get you to your goals – no canned workouts from an app or website!
Whether you want to look and feel better, have more energy, eliminate aches and pains, or raise the bar by completing a triathlon or other endurance event – I provide the motivation, knowledge, and guidance to help get you there.
